All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days and deliveries are carried out by Australia Post. After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or when external circumstances beyond our control (e.g covid-19) cause delays in delivery times, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or alert you via our website before placing the order.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, all orders within Australia include free shipping and have a prepaid return shipping label attached to the back of the box. Once the Zero Waste Box is full or weighs 20kg all you need to do is tape the inner bag shut (if there is one inside) and seal the top of the box shut so nothing falls out. Next, return it to your nearest post office or if Australia Post collects your mail they can also take it. Please ensure prior to shipping your box is not over full and bursting at the joints or overweight (20kg max.) otherwise additional cost will apply.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I get my Zero Waste Box picked up?
If Australia Post currently collects mail from your home or office they can also take Zero Waste Boxes as there is a prepaid return shipping label on the back of the box. Unfortunately at this time there is no courier service offered and would need to be organised at the customers expense.
Can I change my address?
Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order. To change the address once the order has been processed the customer will need to cover the redelivery fee. For any further information please contact us on email@example.com or 1800 983 324.
Oops I damaged my Zero Waste Box, can I get a new box?
As the Zero waste Box is cardboard please store it appropriately. If the customer damages the box and it is no longer able to be sent they will need to purchase another one.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
